📦 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Designing Thangs LLC, we take pride in creating high-quality physical and digital products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

READY-TO-SHIP & NON-CUSTOM PHYSICAL ITEMS

Ready-to-ship items are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized apparel or accessories

  • Custom designs or text

  • Items produced based on customer-submitted information

Approval is not required for all products. Some items are produced automatically based on the order submitted. It is the customer’s responsibility to review order details before checkout.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products (including files, downloads, templates, and designs) are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the nature of instant delivery.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
