By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Designing Thangs LLC (“Designing Thangs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website and services.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.
Prices, products, services, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Designing Thangs LLC offers a mix of the following product types:

Ready-to-ship products
Made-to-order products
Custom products
Digital downloads

Not all items sold by Designing Thangs LLC require customer approval prior to production. Products that require proof approval will be clearly identified on the product listing or during checkout.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PRODUCTION

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and, where applicable, all required customization details have been submitted by the customer.

Production begins once all required information is received.

If customer approval is required and the customer does not respond within the stated timeframe, production may proceed as-is to avoid delays.

Designing Thangs LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing for approved wholesale (B2B) accounts.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, chargeback risk, or unauthorized payment activity.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSING

All digital products sold by Designing Thangs LLC are licensed, not sold.

Purchase of a digital product grants the customer a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or permitted commercial use as outlined in our Digital Product Licensing Terms.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, sharing, redistribution, or modification of digital products is strictly prohibited.

All digital sales are final and non-refundable once access or download has been provided.

6. WHOLESALE (B2B) PURCHASES

Wholesale purchases are governed by these Terms of Service and our B2B Wholesale Addendum.

Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, production timelines, payment terms, and resale permissions are outlined in the Wholesale Addendum and apply only to approved wholesale accounts.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, images, files, products, branding, content, and materials are the exclusive property of Designing Thangs LLC.

No content may be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Production and shipping timelines vary by product type and are estimated, not guaranteed.

Designing Thangs LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages once transferred to the shipping provider, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Refunds, exchanges, and returns are governed by our Refunds & Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Custom, made-to-order, wholesale, and digital products are non-refundable, except where required by law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Designing Thangs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Designing Thangs LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, shipping delays, equipment failure, or governmental actions.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
