    After final approval, your design moves into production.

What to Expect

Timeline & Delivery

Design development typically begins within 3–5 business days after your reservation is secured. Production timelines vary based on project scope and quantity, and will be confirmed once your design is approved.

Rush services may be available upon request.

Revisions & Proofing

Each custom project includes up to two revision rounds to ensure your design aligns beautifully with your vision. Additional revisions may require a design adjustment fee.

Final approval is required before production begins.

Production & Completion

Once your design is approved, your order moves into production. Most custom projects are completed within 7–14 business days, depending on quantity and finishing details.

You will receive confirmation when your project enters production.

Order Terms

Due to the personalized nature of custom creations, all design reservations and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once production has begun.
