Designing Thangs LLC

Effective Date: January 2026

These Digital Product Licensing Terms (“Licensing Terms”) govern the use of all digital products sold or distributed by Designing Thangs LLC (“Designing Thangs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any digital product from Designing Thangs, you agree to be bound by these Licensing Terms, our Terms of Service, and all other posted policies.

 

1. LICENSED — NOT SOLD

All digital products are licensed, not sold.

Purchase of a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product in accordance with these Licensing Terms.

Ownership of all digital files, designs, artwork, templates, and content remains solely with Designing Thangs LLC.

 

2. PERMITTED USE

Unless otherwise stated in writing, digital products may be used:

âś… Personal Use License

  • For personal, non-commercial use

  • For individual projects not intended for resale or distribution

âś… Commercial Use License (When Explicitly Stated)

  • To create finished physical products for resale

  • For client work or business use

  • Only if the product listing explicitly states commercial use is included

Use is limited to the original purchaser only.

 

3. PROHIBITED USE

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute digital files

  • Upload files to third-party platforms, marketplaces, or file-sharing services

  • Claim ownership of the design or artwork

  • Sell or distribute files “as-is” or in editable format

  • Use digital products to create competing digital products

  • Use files in logos, trademarks, NFTs, or mass-production without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in license termination and legal action.

 

4. WHOLESALE & EXTENDED COMMERCIAL USE

Wholesale buyers and bulk purchasers are subject to the same licensing restrictions unless an Extended or Custom License is granted in writing.

Wholesale purchase does not automatically grant expanded licensing rights.

5. DIGITAL DELIVERY & ACCESS

  • Digital products are delivered electronically

  • No physical items will be shipped

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to download and save files after purchase

Designing Thangs is not responsible for file loss due to customer error, device failure, or expired download links.

 

6. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of digital products:

All digital sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued once a digital product has been delivered or accessed.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All digital products, designs, graphics, templates, files, text, and artwork are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Designing Thangs LLC retains all rights, title, and interest not expressly granted in these Licensing Terms.

8. TERMINATION OF LICENSE

Designing Thangs LLC reserves the right to terminate your license immediately if you violate any licensing terms.

Upon termination:

  • All use of the digital product must cease

  • No refunds will be issued

  • Legal remedies may be pursued

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Designing Thangs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use digital products.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Licensing Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
