Commercial Use License – Digital Products

This listing grants a Commercial Use License for eligible digital products purchased from Designing Thangs LLC.

All digital products are licensed, not sold. Purchasing this license grants limited rights to use the digital file under the terms outlined below. Ownership, copyright, and intellectual property remain with Designing Thangs LLC at all times.

This license is required if you intend to use any Designing Thangs digital product for business, resale, or monetized purposes.

🔹 PERSONAL USE (NO COMMERCIAL LICENSE REQUIRED)

Personal use allows you to:

• Use the digital file for personal projects

• Create gifts for personal use only

• Use designs for non-monetized crafting

Personal use does NOT allow resale, redistribution, or commercial activity of any kind.

🔹 STANDARD COMMERCIAL LICENSE

The Standard Commercial License permits the license holder to:

• Create and sell up to 250 physical end products

• Sell finished products at:

  • Craft fairs

  • Pop-up shops

  • Online marketplaces

  • Personal or business websites

   

• Use designs on physical products such as:

  • Apparel

  • Tumblers

  • Mugs

  • Stickers

  • Prints

  • Other tangible goods

   

• Modify the design for production purposes (size, color, layout)

Restrictions under the Standard License:

• ❌ Digital files may NOT be resold, shared, transferred, or gifted

• ❌ Files may NOT be uploaded to print-on-demand platforms for resale as digital assets

• ❌ Files may NOT be sublicensed, redistributed, or claimed as your own

• ❌ Files may NOT be used to create competing digital products

🔹 EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE (REQUIRED FOR HIGHER VOLUME)

An Extended Commercial License is required if you:

• Produce or sell more than 250 units

• Manufacture products at scale or through third-party vendors

• Sell across multiple storefronts, platforms, or locations

• Use designs for:

  • Corporate branding

  • Promotional campaigns

  • Client-based or contract work

  • Large-scale production

   

• Produce items for resale on behalf of another brand or company

Extended licensing must be approved and purchased separately.

🔹 DIGITAL FILE RESTRICTIONS (ALL LICENSE TYPES)

Under no circumstances may the digital file itself be:

• Resold

• Shared

• Given away

• Uploaded to digital marketplaces

• Included in bundles or design packs

• Used to create derivative digital files for resale

Only finished physical products created using the design may be sold under a valid license.

🔹 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, artwork, files, images, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Designing Thangs LLC.

Purchasing a digital product or license does not transfer ownership or copyright.

🔹 ENFORCEMENT & COMPLIANCE

Designing Thangs LLC actively monitors unauthorized use through:

• Marketplace audits

• Platform reviews

• Brand and production checks

Unauthorized use may result in:

• Immediate license termination

• Retroactive licensing fees

• Legal enforcement where applicable

🔹 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing this Commercial Use License, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all licensing terms outlined above, as well as the Digital Product Licensing Terms and Terms of Service of Designing Thangs LLC.
